Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation tactics, and inbound marketing principles.
  • Identifying potential leads that are a good fit for the company.
  • Organizing and maintaining a database of leads and prospects.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality inbound leads through various marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Execute large-scale social campaigns across multiple B2B social media platforms.
  • Implement best practice optimization processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery
  • Manage and maintain a strong social media presence across all relevant platforms, creating engaging content and fostering brand communities.
  • Manage campaign expenses and ensure budget adherence.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound marketing, lead generation through social media management for B2B service-based businesses.
  • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct in-depth research about the market and advise inbound leads on how our solutions can support their strategies and plans
  • Ensuring that all information regarding leads is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet lead generation goals.
  • Provide valuable, actionable insights and recommendations aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Drive new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and execute tests.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, continually learning and bringing new ideas to internal teams.
  • Being flexible and willing to adjust strategies in response to changing market conditions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
