The platform enables healthcare professionals to plan and optimize their daily schedules. For example, a dentist can easily track the number of root canal treatments, teeth cleaning sessions, and other daily procedures while efficiently allocating tasks to support staff and other team members. It ensures smoother workflows and better organization in clinics and hospitals.
My Formatic offers an intuitive user interface with features like colour coding, tags, and labels to help differentiate tasks and prioritize effectively. It also integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar, allowing healthcare professionals to sync their deadlines and appointments. Additionally, the platform offers Google Suite integration, enabling effortless synchronization with Google Tasks, Forms, and Sheets, streamlining daily operations for healthcare teams.
Client Requirement
The client wanted a modern task management platform tailored specifically for healthcare professionals, such as doctors, dentists, surgeons, and their teams. The primary objective was to streamline task delegation and team management in clinics and hospitals while addressing healthcare providers’ unique challenges.
